Submitting CME/CPD Credits


All practitioners who attend accredited CME/CPD programs are expected to maintain records of their participation. This includes information on the CME credits gained (Name of activity, Category of registration, Credits eligible). The total number of CME credits in each category for the previous year has to be forwarded by the individual practitioners to the CME Center annually starting in January.

Submitting CME/CPD Credits

The Online Form for sending CME/CPD credit totals to the CME Center remains activated from January to March. The total number of credits (Category 1 and Category 2 separately) for the previous CME/CPD year has to be forwarded by the individual practitioners.

The Certificates of Participation on which the data are based should clearly show the total credits that may be claimed and the CME/CPD Category, where applicable. The certificates are to be obtained from the organizers of the CME/CPD activities.
