Portfolio in CME/CPD Participation The CME Center has designed a format for a portfolio that would serve as evidence of involvement of accredited CME/CPD activities. The portfolio enables the practitioners registered in the MPC Program to conveniently keep all documentation related to plans and achievement in continuing medical education and continuing professional development. The CME Center will request selected participants to make available documentation of their CME/CPD participation for perusal. Verification of the CME/CPD participation of the practitioners is a part of the in-built scheme of monitoring the implementation of the MPC Program. |
