Medical, dental and pharmacy practitioners are included in the MPC Program at present.

Use Online registration to send your application or download an Application Form to submit a hard copy version to the CME Center. Do not print the online form as it may be incomplete when printed, and therefore the data incorrect: these screen printouts are not accepted as applications.

Issue of CME Registration Cards Physicians and Dentists The CME Registration Cards will be ready for collection 3 days after we receive your application. Pharmacists Please contact the Director, Department of Pharmaceutical Services, Ministry of Health to collect your CME Registration Cards.

Practitioners who are already registered and who wish to update, or make any other changes in the registration data, can do so online.
