Certificates for Promotion and Renewal of License

The CME Center issues a CME/CPD certificate when required by the administrative authorities for decisions on appointments/promotions or renewal of license.

Practitioners are required to submit copies of relevant certificates for the period concerned. The certificates should clearly show that the practitioner has acquired the required number of credits under Category 1 of the MPC Program.

The copies of certificates should be submitted with the FORM FOR SUBMITTING CATEGORY 1 CREDITS duly completed.

Submitting CME/CPD Credits Annually
