Verification
of Documentss

CME participants should maintain all documentation related to CME/CPD participation in a portfolio or in other suitable format.
Documentation of participation CME/CPD activities is essential because:

The CME Center will request practitioners to submit copies of the documents when it undertakes verification of CME/CPD participation. |

For CME Certificates to be issued, copies of certificates and other relevant documentation need to be submitted. |
Maintaining the documents related to CME participation is the responsibility of the individual practitioner. The Certificates of Attendance should clearly show the CME Category and the credits that may be claimed. (When the CME Center registers any CME/CPD activity, the organizer is informed that the certificates they issue should indicate the CME credits, the CME Registration Number and the CME Provider.)
